Für die Entwicklung und Implementierung produktiver GenAI-Anwendungen zur Unterstützung zentraler Geschäftsprozesse suchen wir am Standort Düsseldorf oder Werdohl einen AI Engineer (w/m/d): Ihre Aufgaben: - Design, Entwicklung & Betrieb produktiver GenAI-Lösungen (LLM-Apps, Agenten, RAG) - Architektur & Orchestrierung von LLM-Systemen inkl. Memory, Tool-Calling, Agent-Topologien und RAG-Patterns - Umsetzung mit LangChain & Integration externer APIs/Services - Evaluation & Observability: Metriken, Offline/Online-Tests, AB-Tests, Monitoring (z. B. Langfuse) - LLMOps: Versionierung, Experiment-Tracking, CI/CD, Guardrails, Secrets, Kosten- & Latenztuning - Integration in Plattformen & Prozesse, Sicherstellung von Security, Compliance, Stabilität, Performance & Kostenoptimierung bis Go-Live - Definition von Standards & Best Practices für GenAI, Prompting, Agenten, RAG Ihr Profil: - Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit produktiven GenAI-Lösungen, LLM-/Agenten-Framewor...
