Role Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Management (FM) Intern to join our AMS Real Estate & Facilities team. In this role, you will work closely with FM Team to ensure the seamless daily operation of our office portfolio. You will gain hands-on experience in office facilities operation, vendor management, operational data analysis etc., helping to create an inspiring and efficient workplace environment for ByteDance. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
