This position serves as the on-the-ground project manager for extension projects and new chapter establishments, ensuring seamless execution of recruitment, marketing, and operational setup. The role is location-dependent during extension projects and will require extended on-site presence in the community where the new chapter is being established. Outside of extension season, the Growth Specialist supports collegiate chapters year-round by advancing recruitment and retention initiatives, assisting with recruitment coaching, and providing hands-on implementation of chapter growth strategies. The ideal candidate will combine their enthusiasm for relationship building and member-based organizations with their ability to organize behind the scenes to meet project deadlines, prepare logistics, and work collaboratively with teammates, volunteers and stakeholders.
