GENERAL SUMMARY: ** We are looking for an LPN to serve as our Health and Wellness Navigator! ** ** Full-Time - Day Shifts ** The Health and Wellness Navigator works in accordance with the established policies and procedures of Asbury Village and/or specific instruction from the Health Services Director. The Health and Wellness Navigator works alongside health service team members to optimize health and wellness through the eight dimensions of wellness model.
