Job DetailsJob Location: Midtown - Salt Lake City, UT 84115Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00Job Category: FacilitiesWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facility Foreman to oversee the basic maintenance and appearance of Midtown and South Towne. The Facility Foreman will be responsible for performing basic facility maintenance, coordinating repairs, and ensuring the dealerships maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for customers and employees. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections of both dealership locations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Perform minor repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, as needed. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs. Oversee landscaping, snow removal, and general upkeep of the dealership exteriors. Ensure showroom floors, service areas, restrooms, and customer lounges are clean and well-maintained.
