Whether you’re a lifeguard, a swim instructor, or a little bit of both, you’re going to love working in aquatics at the Y because you’re helping swimmers feel confident and gain experience in the water. No problem, we’ll train you! - Starting at $14.00 per hour POSITION DESCRIPTION: To provide leadership within the Aquatic Program and to coordinate and supervise swim lessons under the principles of the Y Character Development; caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
