Job description

Description Student Responsibilities: - Actively participate in professional development and extracurricular activities - Proactively manage student behavior according to shared expectations and ABA guidelines - Engage families and community members in the learning process - Constant attention to and interaction with the assigned student (Note: when student is on break therapist should be interacting with student teaching play skills or prepping next trials) - Constant delivery of approvals to student - Accurately taking data and notes on targeted behaviors and any new observed behaviors - Working toward and completing training objectives - Assisting in toileting and self-care needs of student - Picking up and cleaning as you go to ensure the classroom environment is safe and conducive to learning - Demonstrating flexibility in scheduling and student assignment - Staying current on programming/curriculum and adapting program changes as they occur - Consistently following classroom schedule School Responsibilities: - Set and work toward ambitious behavioral and academic goals - Deliver community-based instruction - Work collaboratively with colleagues to implement and reinforce all...
