Would you like to join our Asset Management team and help deliver an excellent service to our residents? We have an opportunity for a Contract Officer to join our team in Oldham on a full time, 12‑month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Heating & Hot Water Contract Manager, you will be responsible for a defined group of contracts covering Heating, Hot Water, Gas and Renewable Technologies. You will help deliver essential asset compliance services, ensuring our homes and buildings meet relevant regulations while providing safe, reliable and value for money services for customers. You will support the monitoring of contractor performance by collecting and presenting performance data, maintaining accurate property and asset records, and coordinating contract review meetings. You will also support the delivery of planned preventative maintenance, responsive repairs and equipment replacement programmes, ensuring services meet required standards and budgets are effectively monitored.
