Nielsen Dodge is looking for a Body shop Tech to join the team! This position is responsible for performing vehicle repair as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Online or in-person with Strayer University! - Employee discount plans on purchases and services - Health, dental and vision insurance - Life insurance - 401k retirement account - Paid vacation and sick leave ESSENTIAL DUTIES: - Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy. - Communicates with Manager to obtain the needed parts. - Examines the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required. - Advises Body Shop Manager if additional work is needed. - Documents all work performed as the job is completed. - Understands and follows federal, state and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous wastes. QUALIFICATIONS: - Ensures that customer cars are kept clean. - Performs all other duties as assigned. - At least two years automotive experience. - Auto prep and refinish experience a plus. - Valid Driver’s License required. - Compensation based upon experience
