Job Description Summary As part of the Aerodynamics team, the Senior Staff Engineer will lead the aero analysis, design, and provide oversight for testing of commercial aircraft engines, while identifying opportunities for overall engine system performance, operability and durability. In this role, you will drive tool advancement and technology maturation efforts for advanced concept studies, including modernizing legacy tools and developing new computational solutions for emerging challenges. You will be expected to provide innovative solutions to difficult industrial problems in key areas like fan and compressor/turbine systems. You will also assist in mentoring junior members within the organization.
