Position Title: Construction Manager III Supervisor: Director of Project Development Compensation: Salary range $95,000-$135,000; Commensurate to Skills and Experience Hours: Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. Some travel is expected; an average of 4-5 days per month. Place of Work: Corporate Headquarters - 1730 South Street, Redding, CA 96001. (May Vary) Exempt Duties Statement This position qualifies as exempt under CA Labor Code §515 / IWC Wage Order 4 — Executive exemption. The role is primarily engaged (>50% of work time) in management of the Company or a recognized department/subdivision, customarily and regularly directs the work of two or more full-time employees, and has authority (or makes recommendations given particular weight) to hire, fire, promote, or discipline.
