Position Summary Aegis Protective Services is seeking a dynamic and strategic recruiter to lead high-volume recruiting efforts primarily focused on security officer and operational positions across multiple markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the challenges of recruiting hourly workforce populations, and brings creativity, urgency, and strategic thinking to talent acquisition. While the primary focus will be frontline security recruiting, this position will also support occasional recruiting efforts for corporate staff and technical roles supporting Aegis’ growing electronic and technology security business segment. This role is primarily based out of Aegis’ Cincinnati headquarters to support close collaboration with Operations, Recruiting, and HR leadership teams. The Strategic Recruiter reports directly to the COO and partners closely with the Director of Human Resources as a peer.
