** Shifts Available: 6:30AM - 1:30PM OR 1PM - 7:30 WEEKENDS TOO Essential Duties: - Team: Embody La Farm values through action, example, and communication: Exceed Customer Expectations, Quality, Dignity, Community, Learning, Teaching, and Innovation. - Customer Service: Ensure and exude world-class customer service and sales to internal and external customers. Includes saying “bonjour” (hello) to every customer. Engage verbally with each customer and effectively sell through product knowledge and suggestive selling. Follow the CARE acronym and greet customers within 15 seconds. - Product Knowledge: Actively demonstrates expertise and skillfully creates coffee, expresso, latte, teas and other specialty drinks on and off menu. Knows types of coffee used and flavor notes to help sell and upsell.
