Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Bristol IN - Bristol, IN 46507Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $23.00 HourlyPosition Summary The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments and completing them daily. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Compares identifying information and counts, and weights against all incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, orders, or other records. Schedules receiving appointments. Examines incoming Receiving paperwork for required information, (I.E. code dates, mfg dates, etc.). Prints out shipping pick lists using Excel sheets and verify inventory in the system first for complete FEFO accuracy. Routes paperwork to department personnel. Double checks all inbound and outbound paperwork for accuracy before keying information into the system. This includes making sure all pick list, trailer map sheets, are turned in with every load. Prints out all BOL’s for outbound shipment and applies the seal number and signature with every load.
