We’re seeking a results-driven Senior Business Manager Clearing to join our Clearing team in Paris. You will report to the Clearing CEO . You will be primarily responsible for: Performance & Analytics Structuring and consolidating CCP key performance indicators across risk, operations, revenues and costs Monitoring volumes, revenues and cost dynamics, identifying key performance drivers Developing forward-looking analyses linking strategic initiatives and risk model changes to economic outcomes Improving the clarity and consistency of performance reporting at Executive and Board level Governance & Regulatory Coordination: Coordinating preparation of recurring governance forums (Board, EMIR Colleges, Regulatory steering committees) Structuring and anticipating production of key recurring deliverables (IOSCO disclosures, Risk Appetite Framework, IMF/ECB requests, client due diligence questionnaires) Establishing a structured annual governance calendar to reduce ad hoc and reactive processes CEO Decision Support: Providing data-driven insights to support strategic and organisational d...
