Your mission is to ensure that Unum’s "Enterprise Superintelligence platform" translates into a seamless user experience that drives real-world adoption. You’ll apply AI models in novel ways to solve real world customer and internal workflow problems. Product-Led Development : Act as the "voice of the user" within the engineering team. You’ll identify user needs and build technical applications based on these. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle: prototype, iterate, ship and maintain. UX/UI Design & Implementation : Translate AI capabilities into intuitive and trustworthy product experiences. Own user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
