Description R3 is seeking an experienced Workstation and Systems Engineering Lead to oversee workstation and server operating system engineering within a dedicated enterprise environment. This role is responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and lifecycle management of workstation and server images, patching strategies, and update processes. The Workstation and Systems Engineering Lead will provide technical leadership across endpoint and server platforms, ensuring standardized configurations, operational stability, and secure system management. This position requires deep hands-on expertise combined with leadership capability to guide engineering efforts and support Tier 3 escalations.
