Job description

Description Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of small to medium-sized clinic practices, typically consisting of 4-7 physicians and advanced practice providers. This role includes supervising staff, ongoing rounding w/in practice, implementing cost control measures, monitoring and ensuring adherence to patient care quality standards, resolving issues, and performing all duties necessary for the efficient and effective operation of the clinic. The position involves directing, supervising, and coordinating staff and activities to ensure high-quality patient service. Additionally, this role ensures staff compliance with legal and regulatory standards and clinic adherence to established policies and procedures.
