Job description

Primary Accountability The Financial Analyst is responsible for coordinating statutory reporting by developing the expertise to extract meaningful data from various financial and clinical systems analyzing financial plans, budgets, and reports. Description of Primary Responsibilities: - Responsible for preparing the annual operating and capital budgets. - Coordinates activities for formulation, monitoring and presentation of budgets. - Prepares budgets based on statistical studies and analysis of past and current years. - Conducts follow-up analysis comparing projected budget analysis with actual performance. - Responsible for preparing documents and reports for federal, state and local government agencies. - Prepares Uniform Data System (UDS) report for the Bureau of Primary Health Care and the Annual Utilization Report of Primary Care Clinics for the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD.) - Prepares cost reports and budget reports for DHCS, HRSA, Title X, and other Grant-related entities. - Participates in the audit process as required by federal, state, or local agencies - Assists in the month-end and year-end close activities and reporting. - Reviews journ...
