Technical Architect Manager

Job description

You are responsible for developing and managing high-performing, full stack team of software engineers to develop software using DEVOPS and Agile/Lean principles. You will work with peers and team members to create and maintain great products that support the business vision, while looking for ways to further optimize the engineering and product development process. You will provide strong technical guidance, anticipate technical issues at the product level, and make architectural and design decisions to avoid them. What you will do: Provide management, coaching and mentorship to those who report to this role to maximize team health , product delivery, effectiveness , and career growth. Deliver and present solutions for large initiatives across multiple verticals. Design, develop scalable, high availability, high performance products with a deep understanding of front end and back-end architectures. Shape broad architecture; ships multiple large services, complex libraries, or major pieces of infrastructure.
