Description If you are a team player with a passion to drive your career in Construction Inspection, Popli Design Group (PDG) is the place for you! PDG is seeking an experienced Construction Office Engineer or an individual who is interested in learning Office Engineering duties. Construction Office Engineers support our construction inspection field sites and project work in regions across the state by providing communication, review and documentation of different processes throughout the project. Responsibilities: - Set up project field offices and document filing systems - Maintain all project records, paperwork and filing - Liaise with State/Local agencies and partnered engineering firms - Track project correspondence between clients, onsite staff, EICs, contractors and subcontractors - Track quantity of work items completed and process progress estimates for contractor payments - Review inspection staff daily work reports - Schedule QA/QC material testing and document material acceptances - Record Progress Meetings minutes - Review Change Orders and Force Account Work documentation - Complete Project Closeout Required Skills: - High Level Organizational Skills - Written and Ve...
