Multinational Claims Ops Lead

Reporting into the UK Head of Claims Operations, the role will be a key member of the team and provide support in the Multinational and Network Partner space for all claims LoB. This is an operational role supporting the oversight of Multinational and Network Partner claim practices, to monitor the cost and outcomes of claims and identify opportunities for improvement or remediation. The role will work in close collaboration with the Multinational Claims Team and our strategic partner, Accenture. We are looking for a dynamic person, with operational experience preferably in a Claims Organisation and a working knowledge of Multinational Insurance business. Knowledge of more than one Line of Business will be advantageous. The role will require an analytical mindset and the ability to manage differing priorities. You will have excellent IT skills including expert or superior knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
