Make a bigger difference As a Therapist at The Jewish Board, you’ll provide comprehensive mental health and social services to your clients and their families with compassion and expertise. You’ll assess client needs, develop treatment plans, provide counseling, and connect clients with community resources. You will also collaborate with healthcare professionals throughout the agency and with external partners to ensure holistic care for the client. Crucially, you’ll help deliver on The Jewish Board’s mandate to provide clinically sophisticated outpatient care to our clients, using cutting-edge, evidence-based, integrated treatment models, all while benefitting from robust clinical and administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Delivering outstanding care to your clients · Conduct assessments to determine clients’ social, emotional, and financial needs, including current functioning and barriers to engagement, and identify appropriate interventions to manage risk and render mental health and substance abuse diagnoses.
