JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the daily operation of the warehouse and mail room including direction for Team Members as well as support for internal g uests/interdepartmental partners. Monitors the operation to ensure Team Member safety, cleanliness, and proper usage of equipment and effective flow of goods, packages, and mail. Accountable for daily labor budgets, scheduling, quality, safety compliance, and development in assigned areas. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversees the daily operation of the warehouse/storage spaces and mail room to ensure proper staffing, efficiencies, and service standards are met. Provides work direction to Team Members to ensure departmental Standard Operating Procedures are upheld and all equipment is operated within the appropriate safety guidelines. Responsible for responding to internal guest needs and operational issues, and communicating with leadership and various interdepartmental partners to resolve issues. Oversees the upkeep of documents, reports, delivery logs and tracking of shipments.
