Posting expires: March 23, 2026 Salary range: $97,519 - $130,189: General Description and Classification Standards: The Capital Project Division is responsible for managing the Department of Watershed Management’s (DWM) capital improvement program (CIP). The CIP includes the upgrading, rehabilitation and repair of DWM’s water, sewer and stormwater systems including: water supply scheme upgrades; water treatment plant upgrades, rehabilitation and repairs; water distribution replacement and repairs; sanitary sewer rehabilitation and capacity improvements; sanitary sewer pump station upgrades; upgrades and rehabilitation of the Water Reclamation Centers; green and grey infrastructure upgrades and improvements. The CIP is crucial to support one of the main mission objectives of DWM, namely: ensuring treatment and delivery of high quality drinking water as well as collection and reclamation of wastewater to a high standard while implementing innovative solutions for resource recovery. The CIP Program Director will provide program management support for the DWM’s CIP.
