Minimum Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as leadership skills required. - Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required. - Active pursuit of Bachelor's in nursing or Allied Health degree required and must be attained within 3 years of date of hire or transfer. - Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred at time of hire; incumbents within position will be trained appropriately and then skill will be required for this position within 30-60 days from date of hire. POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Supervisor ensures expert nursing care delivery providing staff education, evidence-based clinical practice, and leadership. The Clinical Supervisor directs staff in their daily activities to ensure the delivery of care according to established departmental policies and procedures in the absence of the Clinical Manager. This position assists the Clinical Manager with daily operations of patient flow, handling customer service recoveries, supplies and stocking, scheduling and assignments, and alternative for payroll duties.
