Senior Test Engineering Manager, Global Manufacturing

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 12 years of experience in electronics manufacturing; Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) to high-level assembly. - 10 years of experience working with Global Electronics Manufacturing Service providers or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM's). - 10 years of experience leading and managing cross-functional teams. - 8 years of experience designing hardware testing solution for volume manufacturing. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field. - Experience leading cross-functional global teams or initiatives and working with technical product development teams. - Ability to influence the product design process by proposing improvements with associated data. - Ability to work, influence, and resolve conflicts cross-functionally with internal/external partners. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate internally and externally.
