Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program or project management, leading multi-disciplinary projects. Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience with design, fabrication, or construction projects. - Experience with AI tools, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and facilities management. - Experience in engineering and technical program management within infrastructure environments. - Ability to work in a fluid, ambiguous environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to drive organizational change by leading technology adoption initiatives that bridge the gap between legacy processes and modern, AI-driven digital tools. - Excellent presentation, influencing and problem-solving skills.
