Job Title: Regional Operations Manager – Residential Solar Location: Hudson MA (In Office) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The Regional Operations Manager oversees all field operations for residential solar projects within their designated branch. This role is the primary driver of operational excellence, responsible for leading, hiring, and training high-performing teams of solar installers and service technicians. The Manager ensures every project is completed with maximum quality and efficiency by bridging the gap between the warehouse, project management team, and the job site. Key responsibilities include: ● Project & Resource Oversight: Coordinating with Project Management and home owners to build efficient daily schedules that prioritize the most important work and have the correct team members with the correct equipment going to complete projects in the most efficient schedule possible. ● Operational Readiness: Managing warehouse organization to ensure all teams depart each morning with accurate job packets, proper equipment, and an actionable plan. ● Quality Control & Documentation: Performing comprehensive project reviews and enforcing strict site protocols.
