Job Description: JOB TITLE: Customer Support: LOCATION(S): Cirencester: Working across our Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance. HOURS: 24 hours a week, including Saturdays WORKING PATTERN: The planned shift pattern for this role is Monday & Tuesday - 11:00 - 16:00 (5 hrs) Wednesday - NWD Thursday & Friday - 11:00 - 16:00 (5 hrs) EVERY Saturday - 09:00 - 13:00 (4 hrs) To support changing customer demand, there may be times where these hours need to be adjusted. We’ll always discuss this with you and aim to agree any changes in advance. Flexibility to support this is beneficial.
