Job Description As a key member of the Global Customer Success team, the primary role of the Global Win‑Back Analyst is to deliver analytical and strategic value through win-back initiatives as part of the organization’s client partnership strategy. This role partners closely with global and regional stakeholders and Consultant to define and deliver against the win‑back insight agenda. The Global Win‑Back Analyst is responsible for providing leadership in strategic analyses to ensure successful recovery and long-term client retention. Responsibilities: You will: Key responsibility is to drive win-back initiatives, client satisfaction and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders via analytical strategic projects.
