Description The Housing Services Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in coordinating, overseeing, and enhancing housing and recovery residence operations across all Janus of Santa Cruz locations. This position ensures smooth referral intake, accurate census management, effective house coordination, regulatory compliance, strong cross-department collaboration, and high-quality client experiences. The role works closely with program leadership, clinical teams, facilities, finance, ECM, and peer support to support safe, stable, and recovery-oriented housing services. Key Responsibilities: Housing Operations & Referral Management: - Manage all incoming referrals to Janus housing and recovery residence locations, including oversight of waitlists, screening, and eligibility determinations. - Coordinate client placement with program leadership and clinical teams to support collaborative and integrated treatment approaches. - Organize transportation for incoming residents in collaboration with the clinical team. - Maintain accurate housing census data for all sites, ensuring timely and precise documentation of admissions and discharges within the electronic health record (EHR). - M...
