Bank Support Worker (Internally known as Enablement Assistant) Location : Bordon: Hourly Rate : £13.50 per hour Hours Per Week : Full time days - Whilst PBS4 holds a sponsorship license, we are currently unable to offer sponsorship to any new applicants to PBS4. About the role: We are looking for team members who have a great deal of passion in supporting people with a variety of different needs. The individuals we support have a combination of learning disabilities, autism, and mental health. We are therefore looking for team members with proven existing experience supporting individuals in one or many of these areas, who are able to adapt their support to ensure person centred care that ensures people live not only the lives they want, but the life they deserve. The individuals we support have differing personalities, characters, interests, likes and dislikes and we are looking for team members who recognise a ‘one size fits all’ approach is not going to work.
