Description POSITION SUMMARY: The role of the shop/yard laborer is to support the teams to accomplish their required objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following statements reflect the general details necessary to describe the major functions of this position and are not intended to be a detailed description of all the work/functions that may be required. Other duties may be assigned. Individual will work a varied schedule based on client needs. - Load/unload trucks and execute job site deliveries in accordance with company safety and regulatory guidelines. - Ensure the cleanliness of company vehicles, equipment and premises. - Perform minor vehicle and equipment repairs and preventative maintenance activities as needed. - Involved in the manufacturing of jobsite materials (may include fabrication/welding). - Successfully inventory trucks with required materials and equipment. - Execute the material stocking process from vendors (ensure accuracy of PO). - Maintain the yard and all other Northern Concrete Construction, Inc. facility/property.
