The ideal candidate should be passionate about the industry, the clients we serve, and the work. In this role you will: What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude, - Oversee portfolio of accounts - High level understanding of nature of work & status across different workstreams - Ability to make priority calls based on client needs & orchestrate via respective Project Managers - Manage client communication (ex. Steer co, core team, monthly checkpoints, escalations, etc.) - Nurture client relationship & identify collaboration opportunities. - Work with discipline leads to draft team proposals & manage quality of service - Budget management - Eye for continuous improvement & drive value. You should have: - 3+ years of experience in managing people and project - Client relationship management & handled client accounts that incl. multiple workstreams, projects, etc. - Experience collaborating across multiple disciplines / departments / partners to successfully deliver projects It’s a plus if you have: - Knowledge of tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project,...
