Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Job description: Salary: $80,000 Annually Schedule Monday-Friday 10am-6pm: Job Description: Lead a team of professionals who manage the day-to-day operations of a residential home; directly supervise Residence Managers and provide in-person support in the homes; implement and evaluate community-based services; assist in developing and certifying life plans; participate in the interviewing and selection of new staff; and ensure programs maintain our high quality of services supporting individuals to lead healthy and rewarding lives as active members of their community.
