Senior Compliance Specilist

Job description

Reporting to the Vice President, Enterprise Risk and Business Improvement, the Senior Compliance Specialist is a senior subject matter expert responsible for providing strategic guidance and operational leadership for corporate-level compliance functions, including Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Planning. In this role you will collaborate with senior leaders across Operating Groups and Shared Services to influence compliance-related decision-making, support risk mitigation strategies, and align practices with organizational and regulatory expectations. Working closely with the Enterprise Risk Committee (ERC) on the handling of compliance obligations and efforts, contributing to the development of compliance framework and policies, you will collaborate on risk mitigation strategies with internal stakeholders, and support the identification of enterprise-level risks and help to foster a culture of proactive compliance and shared accountability across the organization.
