About the Role: We are seeking a Gaming Creator Agency & Ecosystem Manager to help scale TikTok’s gaming creator ecosystem in the U.S. This role sits at the intersection of creator growth, agency partnerships, publisher-led activations, and ecosystem operations, with a focus on scaling creator supply, improving cross-format content performance (LIVE + short video), and unlocking monetization opportunities across the gaming vertical. The key responsibility of the role is to drive scalable gaming creator supply, content output, and monetization efficiency through an agency-led growth model.
