You will be responsible for repair duties for single-family homes purchased by our company. We are looking for a candidate who is skilled with their hands, knowledgeable in repairs, hard-working, with outstanding problem-solving abilities. Skillful hands, good physical stamina, and strong technical knowledge are important parts for this position. Summary of Responsibilities: Complete all assigned work for the entire make ready process from start to finish, adhering to company standards Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems. Perform electrical repairs for residential properties, including lights and laundry. Perform general landscaping to exterior of property Perform patch, repair and carpet replacement as necessary Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.
