RGI, established in 1908, has the distinction of being recognized as the largest privately held aggregate producer in the United States. Rogers Group is currently seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruitment process for key positions in the heavy construction industry and aggregates for the Southern Division in Huntsville, Alabama. The applicant will report to the Administrative Coordinator. This role requires a deep understanding of construction operations, aggregate operations, labor market trends, work force development and the ability to strategically source, attract, and hire top-tier talent across a variety of skilled trades and management roles.
