This position will work remotely and can be based anywhere in the province of Quebec. Summary: The Technical Team Lead serves as a senior technical reference and plays a key role in improving file quality and supporting the development of adjusters. This position is intended for an adjuster looking to move into a technical leadership role, without necessarily taking on traditional management responsibilities. Responsibilities: - Act as a technical reference for the team (complex files, settlement strategies) - Support adjusters with their files (analysis, coverage, direction) - Conduct targeted quality reviews (reports, reserves, client compliance) - Provide coaching and support the development of adjusters - Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and standards - Collaborate with Directors to support overall performance Profile Sought: - 8 to 10 years of experience in claims adjusting - Strong technical expertise (experi...
