Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a dynamic and fast-growing full-service law firm of more than 400 attorneys and professionals, is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join its Charlotte, NC office. The HRBP will support a broad range of HR functions and drive people-focused initiatives across the organization. This role plays a critical part in fostering a positive, high-performing workplace by supporting employee relations, managing performance processes, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee engagement and development. The HRBP will also serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees while also overseeing workflow and delegating clerical responsibilities to an HR Assistant.
