In this individual contributor role you will: - Lead Current’s subpoena and law enforcement response process - Help to coordinate Current’s BSA/AML transaction monitoring, investigations, and reporting RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for end-to-end management of law enforcement (LE) requests (e.g., subpoenas, freeze of funds, search warrants, court orders), ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant responses in line with statutory deadlines, partner bank SLAs, and internal procedures. - Triage, track, and prioritize inbound LE requests; coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Fraud to...
