Job Summary: Responsible for the effective planning, organization, implementation and operation of an advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) at applicable Operating Company. Tasked with overseeing the vendor selection, engineering design, implementation and on-going maintenance of AMI infrastructure. Coordinates BU/OPCO strategic project activities to ensure all barriers to timely completion of projects are identified and appropriately resolved in accordance with standard and acceptable project management methodologies. Overcomes all hurdles to implement projects within budget, on-schedule, maximize the customer experience and deliver benefits from the deployed technologies. Coordinate the development of deployment, maintenance and expansion strategies, regulatory approvals and ongoing reporting, training and support needed to maintain an advanced metering infrastructure.
