We are seeking an experienced medical malpractice attorney to join our team in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a comprehensive caseload of medical malpractice claims from the initial assessment to the final resolution. - Consult with experts in the field to thoroughly assess the standard of care and determine whether a breach has occurred. - Identify, research, and analyze complex legal issues and conflicting legal opinions. - Regularly communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel in a way that facilitates case progression and addresses concerns. - Efficiently prioritize a range of assignments and competing deadlines. - Take and defend depositions, represent clients in arbitration proceedings, and argue motions to secure favorable rulings. - Attend in-person and virtual court appear...
