Line of Business: RMC Pay Range: $56,660.00 – $69,873.33: What You'll Be Doing: - Receive Orders for the Central Alberta Ready Mix Market. - Enter orders in Dispatch Scheduling Program. - Schedule RMC Drivers based on scheduling requirements. - Ticket Ready Mix Trucks in-line with the daily schedule. - Support Dispatch Supervisor through daily operations. - Collaborate with Batch Plant Operators and team members to support efficient operations. - Assist Batch Plant staff in scheduling repairs on Ready Mix Plants. What Are We Looking For: - Exposure to fast paced Ready Mix Operations is an asset. - Experience working specifically with Concrete Batching/Scheduling. - Strong multitasking skillset. - Troubleshoot customer concerns and conflict resolution. - Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well alone as well as a strong team player. - Safety focused mindset with strong emphasis on Hazard Identification. Conditions of Employment: - Must successfully complete a post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. - Performance will be Evaluated on a 30/60/90-day coaching program conducted by direct supervisor.
