Job description

Responsible for directing the merchandising and operational responsibilities in Murray's and specialty cheese shops for the division. Responsible for associate-level training in the development and delivery of industry leading merchandising, interactive customer service, cheese knowledge, and operations that is Murray's and Specialty Cheese. Ensure that Murray's brand is well represented and work closely with the Murray's team, cheese masters, cheese stewards, store leaders, district management, and Deli/Bakery merchandisers. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. - Oversee the development and integration of the Murray's shopping experience into the customer shopping experience within the store - Assist the cheese shops in driving sales through unique Murray's experience (i.e., education, service, effective cross selling, merchandising, pushing and promoting designated products) - Assist the cheese shops in proper ordering, merchandising, paperwork and product handling - Conduct store inspections and work with store associates to correct violations - Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products - Pr...
