Production Supervisor

Job description

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Supervise daily activities of the production area, including quality assurance, inventory control and customer service. - Oversee production team to meet the demands of the fulfilment center and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime. - Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed. - Meet regularly with Plant Manager to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention. - Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team - Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires - Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility - Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals. - Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency. - Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood. - Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources Responsibilities: - Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, a...
