As a Clinical Supervisor , you will assist with coordination of all treatment aspects of a patient’s care. You will serve as a professional teammate and/or leader of an interdisciplinary team and is responsible directly to the Clinical Director for the coordination and continuity of care from admission through discharge and follow-up of the patients. You will also assist the Clinical Director in problem solving, conflict resolution and readiness for state CARF audits. You may also provide coverage for the Clinical Director during their absence.
