This role is ideal for individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors by providing culturally sensitive care and companionship in their native language. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation in Mandarin and English - Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, dressing, meals) - Support with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation - Help with safe mobility and provide transportation to appointments when needed - CNA or HHA license preferred, OR caregiving experience (6 months full‑time / 12 months part‑time) - Fluency in Mandarin (spoken) and strong communication skills - Compassionate, patient, and culturally sensitive personality - Reliable transportation (valid driver’s license & auto insurance if transporting clients) - Proof of current TB testing - Physically able to perform caregiving duties - Mature, punctual, and trustworthy - Able to pass a national/state background check What W...
